I don't believe being transgender in today society is an easy thing. I believe that the left and there manipulation of words as far as the "transgender community" goes has proved to be a disservice to the people they claim to advocate for. No it's considered discrimination to even point out the realities of gender. We've been moving this direction for sometime it's been no secret. I believe that this is becoming quickly a breakdown in the fabric of society. Not necessarily the rise of the transgender movement, no it's the fact that society is going along with an enabling the transgender movement as being normal. In the past we called the condition Gender Identity Disorder but that was too mean so now it's just "gender dysphoria" which simply implies dissatisfaction with your gender. The name was changed because the medical community believed too much negative stigma was being applied to these people. They didn't want to appear as though they were being discriminatory by calling it a disorder. Again another example of the left manipulates the language of discrimination. Because if you call somebody of the transgender community somebody suffering from a mental illness. Gender dysphoric you will also be called out for discrimination. So simply identifing someohaving a mental illness is seen as a bad thing. You identifing something different in a mentality ill person stigmatizes YOU. If you're a man born with male genitalia, male genetics then you are a MAN. If you believe that your something other than a man while having those characteristics, then you have a mental disorder. I'm not saying it to be provocative, that is what it means to have a mental disorder. If you believe something that is measurably false for there is some sort of mental disorder occurring. This is a picture of Caitlin Jenner this does not look like the face of mental health to me. I see a very troubled man, I'm not a doctor but a man who rejects his genetic identity clearly has a problem. And this is only the most recent casualty of discrimination manipulation. Once the left gains their 6 inches of ground and the ongoing power grab that language manipulation provides. They were cast aside the transgender community just as they have every other community. They will only call upon them again in an election season. Completely ignoring the damage that they have done in the process. By enabling these people to believe that their normal part of society they're setting themselves up for greater depression in the future. This is going to occur because the disorder that they "are facing" is not going to be addressed. It's exactly like telling someone suffer from schizophrenia that those people are actually there when in fact they are not. You can't feed into peoples illusions that's not compassionate, it's cruel. These people need help these people need treatment and I feel that it's up to society to help the estimated 135,000 people suffering from this illness. Wanting to somebody who is delusional or wanting to somebody who has a mental disorder will only prove to confuse them more and hurt them more. But it's about feelings isn't it!? We don't want to "stigmatize" anyone do we? We don't want to stigmatize women we don't want to stigmatize transgender thing people we don't want to stigmatize the black community or the Latino community or the poor. So the left changes the definition of what it is to be these things. Just as they change a manipulate the language of unemployment and equal opportunity to push forward their political agenda and to grab power. The left is manipulated the identity or language and several industries. Not just social and financial but also an education now. The President is telling schools across the country that they will lose federal funding if they don't except transgender children in their bathrooms and showers and sports teams. This identity bubble will eventually burst and the casualties are not going to include normal people. The casualties of this burst are going to be the transgender community, the people suffering from gender identity disorder. As compassionate conservative constitutionalists we need to stand up and fight for this community to get the treatment and hope that they need not to be toyed with used and manipulated for a political agenda. I believe it to be wrong and cruel to treat these people in this way. It's like giving a drop to drink for telling a schizophrenic that the people that they see in their head are real.
Together we can fight this cruel manipulation being perpetrated by the left. -STAY RIGHT- Doug Coon |
